Yes. Every LUMÉRA Beauty Club lash kit includes waterproof lash bond and seal, a tweezer and a mini designer perfume gift. The full contents are listed under “What’s included” on each product page.

Reusability depends on the lash construction, application, removal, and care. Please follow the confirmed guidance on each product page.

Choose a lighter style for subtle definition, a balanced style for day-to-night wear, or a fuller style for a more dramatic finish. Use the collection filters to compare effects.

If necessary, trim a small amount from the outer end of the lash band. Always check the fit first and trim gradually.

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the parcel and product. We replace or refund damaged, faulty or incorrect orders free of charge, and we cover the return shipping.

Yes — unopened, sealed products can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, with no reason needed. For hygiene reasons, opened lash clusters cannot be returned. Returns are arranged online and the return shipping costs are paid by you; see Shipping & Returns for the full policy.
