Orders & prices
All prices are shown in euros. The applicable taxes and delivery costs are shown at checkout, before you complete your order. Your order is confirmed once we accept it and you receive an order confirmation.

Delivery
We deliver within the Netherlands. Delivery options and costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
Right of withdrawal
You have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. For the full policy, including the hygiene exception for opened lash products and how to return, see our Shipping & Returns page.
The direct costs of returning a product under the right of withdrawal are borne by you. Where a product is returned because it is damaged, faulty or incorrect, we bear those costs and refund the purchase in full.
